Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange any unworn item within 7 days of delivery, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Pickup is free inside Dhaka.

Email care@ateliernoir.com or call +880 9610 000 000 with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll arrange a pickup inside Dhaka, or share a courier address if you're outside the city.

Please keep the original packaging until your return is complete.

Size exchanges are the most common request and are always free inside Dhaka. If the size you want is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit.

Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are sent by bKash or bank transfer.

Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or incorrect.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, and items returned without tags. Final-sale pieces are marked clearly on the product page.
